DINAMIC STRETCHING OR STATIC STRETCHING?

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the manipulation of the components of the static and dynamic stretching associated with a traditional track and heating field . Eighteen experienced sprinters were randomly assigned in a repeated measures, within the topic of study design with 3 interventions : Dynamic active stretching (ADS ) , passive static stretching combined with ADS ( SADS ) and dynamic stretching combined static ADS (DADS ) . A standardized ran 800m heating was carried out before each different intervention stretching , followed by two runs 50 m . The results indicated that the intervention significantly important SADS (p < = 0.05 ) slower times 50m sprint , ADS or DADS may include intervention . The decrease in sprint time observed after the intervention compared to ADS intervention DADS was found to be not significant ( p> 0.05). The decreased performance SADS post intervention was attributed to a reduction in the musculotendinous unit ( MTU ) rigidity , possibly due to a reduction in muscle activation prior to contact with the ground , resulting in a decrease in the capacity of the MTU elastic energy storage and transfer after use of static stretching techniques liabilities. Improved performance speed of 50 m associated with ADS and DADS interventions was related to the test -specific movement patterns , helping proprioception and after activation , allowing a more optimal change of eccentric muscle contraction concentric .
 
It was concluded that passive static stretching decreases in heating speed performance , despite being combined with dynamic stretching and dynamic muscle provides more benefits
 
IN CONCLUSION ,DEPENDS ON THE EXERCISES WE CONDUCT AFTER , WE WILL BE MORE BENEFICIAL OWNER OR OTHER TYPE OF STRETCH .
DYNAMIC STRETCH STRETCH IS A TYPE OF WHICH WE ACTIVE MUSCLE EXERCISE FOR NORMALLY ANAEROBIC CAPACITY , (WHETHER SPEED OR FORCE )
STATIC STRETCHING IS A TYPE OF WHICH WE STRETCH RELAX MUSCLE , FLEXIBILITY AND WE ALSO IMPROVES HELPS PREVENT INJURY.
