THE CORE WORK

Hello everyone !

 

Here I come to speak of the term CORE, during the history of life have worked our abs workouts giving great importance . In recent years the term Core is talking and we came to introduce it as part of the vocabulary in our workouts.

Existing scientific studies have convinced us to "some" of the ability to stabilize the Core is essential to serve as a stabilizing farthest joint movements of our " center of gravity" helping to contribute to efficient movement and injury prevention.

" The abdominal muscles have no mission to perform movements but controlling and preventing unwanted movements of the spine "

That is, the Core function is to stabilize the trunk ( spine ) while we generate limb movements , enhancing efficient transmission of forces and protecting against injury.

From here we have some questions why abdominal work in isolation to any part of the body ? Would it be more convenient to work as a stabilizer of limb movements?

If we want to improve the Core go changing our old habits and go workouts starting to work it so we exercise where the main trunk fución stabilizer.

Improve our postural control , back problems , in addition to bringing up our abdominal strengthening abdominal muscles that is.

Gradually , it seems that this market is proposing us interesting alternatives to Core work through more functional exercises which work in coordination with the abdomen arms and legs and other materials that can support nis as the BOSU or FITBALL but have to keep working to get better in our results.
